Monthly Active Device(MAD) means a unique device for each app secured by AppSealing in a month.
When app launched with AppSealing, the execution log is reported to the AppSealing server, and the Server calculates MAD by Smart phone`s unique ID and app`s ID.
Android smartphone are counted by android id, in the case of the iPhone, AppSealing creates an internal unique ID to identify each device.
The amount of the charge is determined according to the MAD for each app, and the total amount of the monthly charge is calculated by adding up the charges for each app.
